When our AC stopped working in July while we were out of town, I contacted Jeremy, the owner, and explained that our daughter was home and could provide access to the house. Rocket Heating and Air responded incredibly fast and were at our door in less than an hour. The issue was diagnosed and repaired within 90 minutes at a very reasonable price. What impressed us most was their communication. Jeremy stayed in constant contact with my husband, explaining every step of the process and making sure we understood exactly what was happening.
